Once potential candidates have been identified, our consultants reach out to them discreetly to gauge their interest in the opportunity. This initial contact is often made through a personalized and confidential approach to maintain the candidate's privacy, especially if they are currently employed.

Assessment and Evaluation

After establishing initial contact, the headhunter assesses the candidate's suitability for the position through interviews, competency assessments, and reference checks. This process helps ensure that the candidate not only possesses the required skills and experience but also aligns with the company culture and values.

Presentation to the Client

Our consultants present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the client along with detailed profiles outlining their skills, experience, and suitability for the role. The client then decides which candidates they want to interview further.

Interview Coordination and Offer Negotiation

The headhunter facilitates the interview process between the client and the candidates, providing support and feedback to both parties. Once a suitable candidate is identified, the headhunter may also assist with offer negotiation and finalizing the hiring process.

Follow-Up and Onboarding Support

Even after the candidate has been successfully placed, the headhunter continues to provide support to both the client and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the new role.
